10Money.com doesn't keep watch over the free offers that come and go, but other sites do.  You can visit them periodically, and/or subscribe to their newsletters to see what's available.  Freebies.About.com serves up reviews of the latest and hottest freebies on the Web.  Another great family-friendly freebies site is FreeBitz (a sister site of DealOfDay.com and WorldVillage.)  FreeBitz offers a voting option, so members like you can decide what the best freebies are.  A first-class site!
