All rewards are paid at the sole discretion of 10money.com.  In particular, payment would be reduced if we are already aware of the suggestion.  Example: if you make a suggestion about how to save on electricity in a way that we already know about, and you add a tip about a good product or technique that we didn't know about, we would pay about half the usual amount.  Payment will be made at the time your suggested improvement is actually added to 10money.com.
